Thank you for booking your session with Twin Images LLC! We are very excited to create wonderful memories and images for you!

Your photographer has experience, knowledge, and creativity to provide you with a professional experience and professional results. You will never regret the investment made to have your session with Twin Images.

All sitting fees are due at the time of the session, no exceptions. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a $50 fee. Please understand your photographer has set aside time to work for you and deserves to be compensated. This does not include agreed upon rescheduled sessions based on weather.

Your gallery should be ready on twinimagesphotography.com for you to view approximately three weeks after your session. Special exceptions can be made if necessary but may incur additional charges.

IMPORTANT: If you choose to order digital downloads, it is important to know that you are ordering the rights to print the images for personal use. Copyright and ownership will always belong to the photographer. Editing of your images is strictly prohibited. You are free (and encouraged) to share your images on social media, but you must credit Twin Images Photography.

A few of your images may be posted to social media as teasers and/or for advertising/marketing. They may also be displayed on twinimagesphotography.com. Please tell your photographer if you would prefer your images NOT be posted online.

What you need is most likely already in your closet. Wear what is comfortable and makes you feel good, but nothing too baggy or too tight fitting. I love colors... I would always prefer to photograph those over black or white; color makes images pop!

Families: focus on coordinating NOT matching. Please do not wear all white or all black. For example, pick a favorite dress of mom’s, then use the colors in it for everyone else to compliment. Focus on coordinating outfits with 2-4 different colors. Simple patterns are great too as long as they are not over-done.

For my seniors doing outfit changes: do not forget to bring the accessories that go with each outfit (shoes, jewelry, hats, etc).

Please make sure your outfits aren't wrinkled. Bring changes of clothes on hangers instead of wadded up in a bag.

I would like to recommend avoiding t-shirts, especially those with writing. Even though I tell my clients “wear what you normally wear”, I think we can step it up from a t-shirt for an image we want displayed on our walls. :) (The exception would be for a senior in a shirt from their school.)

NEVER EVER spray tan before your session... your skin color is perfect as is! Spray tans will appear orange in your photos. Clients who do not adhere to this will be charged extra editing fees, as it is very hard to bring skin back to a natural look from a spray tan. Trust me on this. :)

Ladies, you do not have to have your nails professionally done, but please make sure they do not have old polish on them. I recommend shaping them with a filer at the very least.

Bring to the session a little make-up for touch up in case you need it, especially lip gloss, as well as a hairbrush. Powder on a hot day is very helpful also.
